What is your new online security level, and what can I do if I can't use your website?



To give our customers higher levels of privacy and protection, we’ve increased our online security by upgrading to TLS1.2. This means that some web browsers are no longer able to access parts of our website.

How to update Microsoft Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. From the menu bar click the Tools menu and select Internet Options (or hold down the ALT key on your keyboard and press the letter T).
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Scroll down to the Security section and tick the boxes. Use TLS 1.2 as shown below:

5. Click the OK button.
6. Close your browser and restart Internet Explorer to make the change.
